The best time for an advanced-life-habitable planet to form would be when uranium and thorium abundances were at their highest [1] .  H ow really did our Universe come to be? How did it become the seemingly infinite place that it seems to be today? And what will become of it in the long run? These are the questions that have bewildered philosophers and scholars since the dawn of time, leading to some bizarre and intriguing theories.
